In collaboration with stallard meek flightpath, we were engaged by st columba’s memorial school, yorketown to develop concept designs to upgrade the school’s entry and outdoor spaces.

With the relocation of the school’s productive garden to make way for a new r-2 building, it was important to include as many sensory and productive elements into the landscape as possible, as well as providing opportunities for students to congregate and collaborate.

The design features green walls, sensory planting, outdoor classrooms, raised and in-ground herb gardens, a new piazza with long table and new nature playspace.
